"Surly Loner Type: My Manhunt Pics", 2009 was created specifically to be seen in the context of the popular gay website, Manhunt. This series was meant to be viewed on-screen as "profiles" with images sized at 300 x 300 pixels at 72 dpi. The samples included in this selection are taken from cropped screenshots of active profiles. The images were originally posted with unique profile names, headlines and text, repeated here as subtitles with the year the profile was created.
